Working in an organization with a 100+ yr history in the consulting business is tough. There is real grinding conflict between "maintaining delivery and winning re-competes" vs. developing and enhancing the way we approach our deliver engagements. The biggest challenge is trying to get us to practice what we preach to clients and apply it internally. We are working hard to close that gap. I encourage everyone to do the same!
