An example of cost I came across recently: for Intel to build a fab plant it costs roughly $1 billion

Really enjoying Alex’s presentation using AI in QBRs—and including AI teams! —in strategic planning. Most of the work I’ve done in the past decade can be boiled down to helping extended leadership teams improve their QBRs… doesn’t sound like the most exciting thing until you realize that an engaged, aligned team of 100 or so leaders is such an incredibly powerful, positive force. When they try to do some kind of forward looking planning on the most critical priorities, poking holes in the plans as they go to improve, it only gets better. … Now, including your agents…so fun and interesting!

Love how @suzette.johnson5 used empathy interviews as part of understanding community needs, pain points. The real info from managers was so great.

What I've heard from others as a quick-win kind of scenario is to use AI tooling to reduce toil across the devops cycle. A few examples are things like generated commit messages, PR summary, iteration summary, and things like that. I wouldn't call it "redefining" but helps with devex along with the sorts of gaps that Ops/QA/enterprise management groups tend to complain has incomplete information and prevents analysis
