Some highlights from the position • Act as a daily manager for our highly skilled site reliability engineers, giving regular feedback and playing a key role in their professional and personal growth. • Act as Technical Product owner for our Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps Infrastructure in close collaboration with the team and the existing tech lead. • Continuously improve our multi-region and password-less Azure Kubernetes infrastructure and build 100% with infrastructure as code. • Deliver on our 99,95% uptime guarantee, enterprise-level security, and 10.000s requests per second. • Build a fully automated disaster recovery and improve our chaos engineering efforts. • Partnering with Product and Platform teams on defining and improving our world-class Software Development lifecycle by doing 30+ daily deployments (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7I55SfwPiOo. While this position will be partly hands-on and require good craftsman skills, the Head of Cloud & DevOps is focused on people management and driving the high-level ambition and strategy of our platform together with the CTO. Your focus will be on building a high-performing and motivated team and a cloud platform that is always two steps ahead of our business needs.
