Hi there! I just thought I’d introduce myself. I lead Enterprise IT at FreshBooks, an accounting software company for small businesses. I’ve worked in IT for almost 20 years, starting as a business analyst / project manager, and have always loved ring part of the process of making and supporting useful software.
