Interesting development happened within the US Department of Defense. on November 26th the Chief Software Officer published a Memorandum for Record to all the procurement leaders across the Department regarding the use of DevSecOps and agile. The memo also strongly discouraged programs from using rigid, prescriptive frameworks such as Scales Agile Framework (SAFe). The emphasis is on the flexibility for the dev teams to decide how they deliver software at the pace of relevance to their customers. AWESOME!!!!

Question <!channel> does anyone have similar experiences to that of the Data Hub/ Project Unicorn/ Narwal/PANTHER? I'm trying to learn about how these engagement have been executed and how they have evolved. I have an advisory client that is in the same thralls of data challenges that Parts Unltd. experienced. Thanks in advance!
