@ds and I thought there were some good lessons from DOES that could apply not just to virtual conference but to remote meetings. https://www.conversationaltransformation.com/posts/lessons-for-remote-work-from-does-london-virtual/ Thanks again for the fantastic conference!

I got a lot of ideas from your talk. We hadn't really internalized the paradigm shift and the possibilities of realtime Q&A during our talk. I really enjoyed watching how you structured yours.
Thanks @bryan.finster, glad you enjoyed it! I learned a lot from other speakers including yours. The way you handled multiple presenters was very different than how Squirrel and I approach it. @jonathansmart1 gave me another aha, the way he had video interviews embedded in his presentation. So many good ideas! It helped me understand by the quote @genek101 opened with about virtual conferences being a โcinematic experienceโ (though I think that undersells the value of interactivity).
The thing we talked about and really couldn't figure out how to replicate was how we interact on stage. The handoffs are far more natural.
We also wished people could have see the behind the scenes. We were having a great time refactoring on the fly.
