@jasmine.james do you have any remote teams or team members who have been part of your Dojo program?
@jasmine.james can you share about your spider diagram? Are the questions based on a self assessment or a standardized assessment...other? Liked how visual it is.

@misupriest1 @romanmihaiiulian @aurel.proorocu ING transformation session: I’d love to know more about how you were able to bring Risk/Compliance along the ride in your transformation.. as was mentioned during the session, doing these transformations are tough in our industry. Would love to hear more about navigating the regulatory complexity
@david.rizzo hi David, could you please share the name of the dashboard tool you presented today?

Any way to get the metrics that add value presentation from the 2 compuware folks added to the Dropbox repo?
@cbergh how do we make it safe to “Automate testing in Production”. What are the enabling factors we need to put in place.

Hi Nix, we treat such cross-functional services also as products. Products that deliver services on which other products can build on. These products are part of our product portfolio.
@jessica_sant @jon? You mentioned when the CIM group expanded the physical space they needed, your principal engineers took the lead on the design. Is that still the case?

@wayne.wang thank you for good presentation Wayne. Interested in the fast train, slow train approach. What branching and merge strategy do you use to support this?

@jafreeman, we used git flow, with the fast train as trunk for releasing to production. The slow train pulls from trunk based on their test cycles. COTS DITL also pulls (actually we push) from trunk to make sure they have the latest from our production.
@scott_kellerman and I enjoyed sharing Vanguard's story yesterday about removing 'speed bumps' on our journey to devsecops nirvana, and an approach that worked for us. 1. Solve for the whole, 2. Apply a Founder's Mentality in addition to the 3 ways, and 3. Be aware of-- in order to effectively navigate your-- your org culture. Thanks for everyone who joined us on DOES 2019 Day 2, and asked insightful questions!
@x95castle1 curious if your move to the cloud complicated your product ownership model. Assuming you have multiple services used to enable products, any challenges there?
@roger.d.servey, @bryan.finster, Stacey Peterson - what is the name of the Dojo book from your talk?
