@denali what data points besides cycle time do you feel are useful in measuring technical debt and technical capital? Would developer interest be one, which you state is a proxy for value? Would security metrics apply here, irrespective of changes made to software (measured by cycle time?)
My thought here is that software value might be diminished by (1) vulnerabilities found and unpatched, (2) vulnerabilities exploited and unpatched. Or does DORA take dare of these, and time to patch vulnerabilities get subsumed by cycle time?
Is there any papers published on this work please?Love the application of statistical methods in this way.

Some of the achievements no teams have managed to get yet (deploy on Christmas day for instance) but in certain areas, we have been asked by teams to create new achievements as the team as done something we didn’t envision like more than 100 deployments during on month for a single team.
