Yes, we usually have a few minutes in between and the rooms are fairly close to one another (the exception being breakouts in the Chelsea) : )

Regardless of opening up the balcony in the Chelsea, is it possible to open up the stairway there between 3rd and 4th floors? Opens up another avenue for traffic than elevators or walking to the other end to the escalators.
