Disappointing that they ran out of copies of the book with no more available at the conference, wasn't clear it was first come first serve (i.e. limited copies)

It wasn’t clear that it was first come only served. It was mentioned in the general session we would ALL get one. Disappointed I can understand no signing but highly annoying that some/a lot won’t receive a book.
