Just read the first few chapters of BVSSH... is there anywhere we can get the "A Sense of Urgency" introductory chapter as a pdf / web page? IMHO it serves as an outstanding sales pitch for the book, for the concept of enterprise agility, for DOES, etc.

this does not show up in firefox, but it does in chrome... I think that might be it
