Hi all! We're going to be having a lean coffee tomorrow morning at breakfast. If you are not familiar, lean coffee is an attendee-driven discussion format. It's a great way to get live advice from your peers with time-bounded topics voted on by participants. While the agenda topics come from participants, it's customary to have an overall topic to guide the conversation. Reading the post-its on the looking for help board I can see that a potential theme could be transformation and change within the enterprise. Another suggested theme was "What do you plan to do with what you've learned at the conference?" I'm happy to hear more suggestions for a theme, or just which of these you'd like to discuss.
