I’m now at a point where I can release my conference app any day but I want to keep adding features. This entire thing has me fully role playing an entire startup app launch at this point including doing security and access vulnerability scans now and preparing marketing material (https://www.tryeventflow.com) It’s very addictive and I have taken a ton of actions in my personal and professional initiatives since the vibe coding workshop: • I captured budget for an additional team reporting to me focused on agentic ai innovation (ask me how I ran a shock and awe campaign with apps and GitHub pages and white papers to make this happen so quickly) • my software delivery automation team is now one of the first ones’s at capital one using agentic ai (windsurf for now but trying to get amp rolled out too for comparison) • Reoriented our delivery matrix around flow ratio and other lead measures we can track and tie to Ai adoption efforts. Proposed new OKRs for all of our work streams. • Rewrote my resume page via http://thephillipsequation.com • Began leading internal workshops for ai best practices for my entire org • many more things, I sneak downstairs in the middle of the night and work on one of my sights or reports or initiatives I think I may be a bit more than feature drunk at this point, I may be on a feature bender? ☕😴😅
