I have participated in the it revolution book club when the book came out and want to replicate that in our company. Ideally we could use the stories, characters and ideals in the book to develop a common language. First I planned to do it in my team only but due to covid we will do it using an online chat channel (ms teams in our case) anyway so we opened it to everyone in the company. We will read / discuss the book over a 6 week period.
