I'd have to disagree with this schema. • A cloud migration isn't the answer to build operational resilience. • Automation of processes as-is doesn't bring operational efficiency, particularly over time. It also often goes against operational resiliency goals. Realigning processes along the value stream and breaking organisational silos is more important. • Information Security - Please do not equate security and governance... • Customer Experience. The improved productivity can help but doesn't make CX unless your organisation is designed to listen to customer 😉 Creativity requires the right culture, and unfortunately that's still not evident for many company leaders.

I like the idea of calling it "human experience" as a way to encompass every interaction!

That works. The humans. As long as we know it should make up for the bulk of the work

I agree and I guess this is not in a priority order but it would be interesting to see how others have navigated the pandemic. The order though does seem to reflect some of our experiences with different organisations: • Stabilise the business • Remove waste • Secure the business as operating practices change • Figure out what is going on based on data, customer and staff • Pivot and accelerate the business to meet customer, business and staff needs…. backed by data, on a secure, resilient foundation with constraints optimised…. However, that may not be the order in a post pandemic and thats a great challenge @me1342
