@andrew.salt no theme to the tracks... you can go between them as you like. All breakout videos also will be available in the library.

No, that one works. I meant, the overview calendar page where popups appear when hovering over a slot. Are you able to go directly to the session from within the popup?

i feel in sched we have to use own credentials which i set as part of below mail

With FTL off, I'm finding the audio is matching the video (FTL on - would pause the video but not the audio) but there are still tons of buffering gaps. Jeff keeps cutting out 2-3 times/sentence
For folks with video, audio sync issues, please turn off the low latency settings.

Hi Summit, some constructive feed. Love the approach although a bit too complex especially for those who don't use slack. But my may feedback is it unfriendly who have disabilities, especially for those who struggle to use keyboards quickly or have dyslexia. It's all text focused

I contacted our IT sec and reported it to opendns org. Just I am not confident they will be able to resolve until conference is finished

HAHA! This was a matter of some debate in the programming committee — I voted against it, because I argued that because there’s no transit time needed to walk between rooms, we don’t need a break. And most movies don’t have a break. 😂 You can blame me for that. cc @jeff.gallimore @jessicam We’ll definitely research this further!

My hack for any virtual conference is wireless headphones. So I can make coffee, etc., The trickiest part is always having to walk my dogs.
There's also a factor of tracking and closing out some of the conversational threads that started within a given talk before having to move one's attention to the next talk.

Quick warning for anyone else with video lag issues that switching between the different tracks mutes the audio and turns the low latency setting back on. Also an idea - video subtitle tracks might be useful for better accessibility in future (assuming the delivery platform is capable)
when I am on audio only and the new session starts in the track it is muted, this prevents me to notice when session started. Please start without mute or help me to find a way not to miss the beginning of the session 🙂

If I’m not mistaken it was more general credentials for the Basic Auth form. Should be in one of the emails.

We had asked everyone at the conference that people refrain from sharing the videos for a couple of weeks, while we figure out a revenue model that ensures the financial viability of these online conferences, which is so different than physical conferences. And thanks to everyone for being patient — we’ve spent weeks interviewing attendees to understand the sharing goals and use cases, and we sent out an email two days ago with instructions on how to purchase a license to share the videos internally and externally, as well as instructions on how to best view the videos. (And of course, the slides are already on Dropbox and GitHub, and as always, you can share them with whoever you want.) You asked about when the the videos will be freely available, which is definitely a part of the mission of the conference — we’re still conducting interviews, evaluating revenue models models, and video platforms to best enable it. Our goal is to make sure it’s fully integrated into the Vegas 2020 experience (expect news on this next week), versus the “MVP” we put together for London-Virtual. I promised “later this year” — alas, I can’t be any more specific than that, given all the uncertainties above. Rest assured, this is something that is one of my top priorities this year. In my case the problem was, that http://mixer.com was blocked by our company firewall and it worked with direct internet connection - just in case somebody else has the same problem.
